The end of 12 hour shifts with Equal Money

平等金錢是12小時工時的結束

這篇在說明長時間工時的是濫用勞工的一個現象，舉例說明電子業的勞工和工程師以及中級主管們都同時被迫長時工作但卻因為認為這是沒有選擇的而認知失調到認為自己很榮幸有這樣的工作並得到賞識等現象，也導致越來越多的過勞死和自殺事件，而在所謂的世界工廠如中國印度和墨西哥等的狀況更為糟糕。因此在平等金錢中由於每個人都生來有充裕的資源於是人們不再為金錢工作而是為支持全體生命而工作，便不再有工作虐待的現象，人們若長時’工作’只因他們為表達生命的熱情。

Does anyone in this world really enjoy working for a shift this long hour? What for? Money of course! And in order to survive to feed themselves and family they sell their body for just a small amount of money, how long can you tolerate such am extremely abusive situation in every corner of this world? Obviously, we have been tolerated this for eons of time, then what if we can really change the world? Do you want to really make a choice for yourself this time?

                                            

I had some experiences through my jog as a counselor to communicate with some labors and employees work in electronics industry in some science park of Taiwan. The companies change the shifts to this long period of time in order to prevent from labors slacking off during shits changing and in case of lacking orders from the provider and also for competition between companies. So they squeeze labors as possible when they got orders.

Therefore the workers need to work for such long hour a day and doesn’t think of any other choice and they are so afraid to offend their managers to lose their jobs. Engineers are also working extra hours almost every day and without paying and those intermediate level managers also work overtime and do not dare to enjoy their yearly leaves and they actually never get chance to enjoy what they earned and spend time with family. And for all this abusive treatment people are going through something like "cognitive dissonance" in which they change their attitude to justify the conflict and became appreciate with how fortunate they are to get the jobs in such a big company and get appreciation from their bosses.

These entire situations are very common and much worse in world factories like China, India and Mexico etc. More and more reports of death from overwork which means an occupational sudden death without any previous sign of illness and you should remember those series suicidal cases happened in the very big company of Taiwan in China last year, which are all the consequences come from the abusive type of occupation and which are the products of capitalism.

In Equal Money System there won’t be any this kind of abuse happened in any sort of labor type because everyone already got everything they need when the time they were born so nobody works for money and instead people work for supporting all lives on earth and for what we can really enjoy ourselves in, and we might ‘work’ long and that’s because we really like to express the passion of ourselves as life in our work.
